I really enjoyed this programme, as there were lots of opportunities to socialise with the animals at the rescue centre. I particularly found the time working with cats very rewarding. I was also able to help with some of the treatments, which was relevant to my University degree. We also had plenty of free time, where we went swimming and were able to travel around.

Thank you very much to the whole team for what you are doing daily to help these animals and for taking care of the volunteers, we truly appreciate it! You have not only changed peoples lives but that of the animals, Well done! The staff were also amazing and very friendly – everyone at the sanctuary was dedicated to what they were doing on a daily basis. The programme is very emotional but very rewarding to see the outcome at the end of the day with the animals. Thank you!
