**Special 10% discount – for all family bookings received between 1-30 Nov 2025 for any date in the future**
The cost for 2 weeks at the Wildlife Sanctuary is £1025 per adult and £925 per child or for 2 weeks at the TimBila Game Reserve programme, it is £1158 for 2 weeks per adult, or £1058 per child. If you want to combine different options for your family, please email Victoria.McNeil@workingabroad.com and we can work out an itinerary for you. The cost includes all transfers to and from the airport, all transfers to different project sites, accommodation, 3 meals a day, free laundry service, project uniform 1 tshirt and 1 pair of trousers and all programme activities led by qualified guides.

Your airfare to and from Namibia, travel/medical insurance and personal expenses are not included within this price. It is mandatory for you to take out travel and medical insurance for the duration of your project. Extra uniform which all families must wear is also in addition, as are the add on activities at the Neuras adventure week.
Payment Terms & How to Apply
To book your family volunteer programme at our Family Wildlife Sanctuary & Game Reserve volunteer programme in Namibia, one adult will need to fill out the application form on behalf of the whole family under APPLY NOW – please provide full names and DOBs for the other family members in the motivation letter section. You will be directed to our Wildlife Sanctuary & San Bushmen programme application form – so please select your family dates and proceed.
The payment is split into a downpayment which secures your family booking and the balance payment which is due 2 months before arrival. We are also happy to arrange payment plans if need be – please enquire.
Downpayment to secure your family booking:
The downpayment to book your family depends on adult/child numbers – please email here victoria.mcneil@workingabroad.com and we can confirm downpayment for different family configurations and send you the secure payment link to secure your family booking.
If for some reason, your family application is not accepted/or if we are fully booked, we would reimburse your application payment fully. Once your family place is confirmed on the programme, you will receive further detailed information and suggested items to bring, transfers, info on the programme and things to do in free time and so on.
